Thrive Personnel Ltd are currently looking to recruit an experienced Paint Sprayer for our client based in Pontefract.

As an Industrial Sprayer you’ll be at the forefront of protecting our products with high-quality coatings. Your expertise will be crucial in preparing surfaces, applying coatings to meet C3 to C5 protection standards, and ensuring each project meets our rigorous quality specifications. You’ll operate a variety of spray equipment, including airless and conventional systems, and work with advanced two-pack paints and epoxy primers.

The role;

Apply industrial coatings to surfaces, providing C3 to C5 level protection.

Expertly use airless, air-assisted airless, and conventional pressure pot spray equipment.

Mix and apply two-pack paints and epoxy primers for optimal adhesion and durability.

Prepare surfaces using masking and finishing techniques.

Inspect and ensure coatings meet quality and specification standards.

Maintain a safe, clean workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Skills needed;

Proven experience as an Industrial Spray Painter in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of applying coatings for C3 to C5 environments.

Proficiency with two-pack paints and epoxy primers.

Hands-on experience with airless, air-assisted airless, and conventional spray systems.

Ability to interpret and follow technical specifications precisely.

A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards

Work schedule of 40 hours per week

Day shifts.
